- Schnabel Furniture relinquishes responsibility for goods shipped upon a clean pick-up receipt.
- It is the customers’ responsibility to note any damages or missing items on the freight bill and file a claim with the freight company.
- Keep all packing materials and cartons for inspection.
- Return authorization is required. No item/product may be returned without prior approval from Schnabel Furniture.
- Returns must be properly packed to avoid shipping damage.
- Credit will not be issued on product damaged due to improper packing.
- Customer is responsible for any shipping expenses and /or costs associated with the return of any product.
- Original shipping costs will NOT be refunded on returns.
- A re-stocking fee of 15% will apply to all returns, as well as to all cancelled orders that have been stored in our facilities for more than 30 days.
- Pictures/proof of damages must be sent for all returns.
